Equipped with BorgWarner EFR Turbochargers, BorgWarner's latest in technology, the AAM Competition GT1200-EFR Twin Turbocharger System is designed to be safe on GT-R’s with stock motors, yet powerful enough for builds of up to 1,070hp. As indicated by the “EFR” acronym, these BorgWarner turbochargers are specifically Engineered For Racing. BorgWarner's engineers started form the ground up to create a new breed of turbochargers that excels in all areas - power, spool-up, transient response, and durability. The EFR turbochargers deliver industry leading performance with a broad power range and unparalleled boost response. Several notable features of the BorgWarner EFR Turbochargers utilized in the AAM Competition GT1200-EFR Turbocharger System include Gamma-Ti Turbine Wheels, Stainless Steel Turbine Housings, Forged Milled Compressor Wheels, Dual-Row Ball Bearing Cartridges with Ceramic Balls, and Integrated CRV (Compressor Recirculation Valve - widely known was ByPass and Blow-Off valve).

The AAM Competition GT-1200 EFR Turbo System is a complete turbocharger upgrade that seamlessly integrates with AAM Competition (or most popular aftermarket) components, and is a direct upgrade to the factory turbocharger setup. The Borg Warner EFR Turbochargers contained in this system utilize external wastegates, making them ideal for high-horsepower builds.

Complete with everything needed to replace the factory turbochargers, the AAM Competition GT-1200 EFR Turbo System comes with twin Stainless Cast Tubular Manifolds, Borg Warner EFR Turbochargers, Tial MVR Wastegates, Stainless Downpipes, Turbo Inlet Piping, Lower Intercooler Piping, Pre- Assembled and Fully Terminated Braided Oil Lines, Pre-Assembled and Fully Terminated Coolant Lines (complete with a special upgraded CNC distribution block), Pre-Assembled and Fully Terminated Braided Boost Lines, Heat Shielding, and more.
